Welcome to Beaver County’s Human Resources Department. We make great efforts as a team to provide support for Beaver County’s nearly 850 employees located at various County facilities including the Beaver County Courthouse, Correctional Building, Human Services Building, Emergency Services Building, Department of Public Works, Waste Management facilities, Recreation Building, Community Development Building, Library Buildings, and Local District Court Buildings.

The Human Resources Department provides leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures. We partner with supervisors, directors and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services. Our values of continuous improvement, teamwork, and achieving results are woven into every aspect of human resources management.
