Our Mission and Vision Statement


Beaver County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is charged with creating and sustaining a seamless system of care that is accessible, continuously available, and grounded in health promotion, prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation, resiliency, and recovery for all Beaver County residents.

    Maintain and support a competent, diverse, and well-trained workforce and provider network capable of meeting the evolving behavioral health and developmental needs of Beaver County residents.

    Ensure care that is safe, person-centered, inclusive, collaborative, and recovery-oriented—promoting dignity, hope, empowerment, and quality of life for all individuals served.

    Employ evidence-based treatments and utilize the latest technology to enhance outcomes, improve access, and advance the effectiveness of services across the system of care.
