Deborah Lancos DeCostro is a lifelong resident of Center Township, Beaver County.  She is married and the mother of an adult son. She was elected to serve as a judge for the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County in November of 2017 for a 10 year term. 
   Judge DeCostro graduated from Center High School, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University’s School of Law. 
 Prior to being elected to the bench, Judge DeCostro maintained a diverse law practice for 30 years.  She represented many individuals in family, trusts and estates and criminal cases. As a practicing attorney, Judge DeCostro served as a Solicitor for the Potter Township, Center Township and Conway Borough Zoning Boards. She served on the Board of Governors of the Beaver County Bar Association for 12 years and has been an active member of the Bar Association for many years.
 Judge DeCostro is an active member of St. Frances Cabrini Church.   She has also been involved with numerous community activities over the years, including Penn State University, Beaver Campus Alumni Society, where she received the 2017 Outstanding Alumnus Award.
