Foster Parent Training
Beaver County Children and Youth Services is asking for your help to raise awareness regarding the importance of Foster Parents in our community. It is imperative that we have a sufficient amount of good families and individuals in our neighborhood who are willing to help children in need.
Training for new Foster Parents will be held to discuss the roles and responsibilities of foster parenting. Foster Parents must be at least 21 years of age, in good health, and be able to pass criminal and child abuse clearances. Our most critical need is for families to care for sibling groups, teenagers, and children with medical and emotional problems.
