Court Administration and Staff
Court Administration in Beaver County
Directed by District Court Administrator William R. Hare, this office oversees scheduling and management of the Court of Common Pleas as well as the Magisterial District Courts. The Court Administrator is also responsible for the operation of all court-related departments: Adult Probation, Domestic Relations, Juvenile Services and the Law Library.
The 36th Judicial District, like all districts in the Commonwealth, reports to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. AOPC monitors the efficiency of each district by recording statistical information on the filing and disposition of cases on both a monthly and annual basis. The Court Administrator’s office is responsible for recording and forwarding such data to AOPC, which reports to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

The Court Administration business office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse. Please contact this office if you have any questions regarding court dates for criminal, civil, family law or orphan’s court hearings or trials.
Questions regarding the scheduling of preliminary hearings in criminal matters should be directed to Central Court at ext. 4699.
